After collecting the necessary information and we discuss the issue and determine as precisely as possible the change in thinking, feeling or behaviour that is required and the required therapy. Assuming it is appropriate for your situation, a hypnosis state is induced and therapy applied. I allow up to about 90 minutes to ensure you get the best chance at change right from the first session.
