Letting go of anxieties and depression with hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a drug free way of dealing with the churning of the mind that causes us anxiety and depression. We identify the subconscious thinking behind the anxiety and find better options. Often the mind is still thinking about things that are better left way behind in the past or about events in the future about which we have no control. Clinical hypnotherapy can free us of those so we let go of the need to go over things indefinitely.
Anxiety comes about because of an over occupied mind - perhaps working on a dilemma to help you or your loved ones be safe or happy. In either case we are trying to "work it out". The outcomeWhen the conflicts are resolved you will have freedom. You may feel more energetic when the energy spent trying to work it out is better utilised. Addictive behaviour decreases because you no longer need that distraction. Your sleeping improves without the worry. There is a sense of peace.
